Tara is outstanding! I was buying a mountain house and so was relatively unfamiliar with the area and she was incredibly valuable in helping me to understand the market and how to evaluate comparables to create a winning bid for a very desirable property. She is unbelievably responsive and was always available for any questions or negotiation prep (not to mention hand holding while we waited for the seller to respond :)). Her network of specialists - roofers, chimney inspectors, radon remediators - proved to be critical as she was able to get several key inspections completed within days that made a huge difference in our ability to close on time and identify areas of challenge. It was a delight working with Tara! She is so knowledgeable about the process and made it super smooth and easy for me as a first time homebuyer.
